Freshmen above Pioneer?

One day, nagkaroon ng one on one meeting ang ibang empleyado sa aming opisina. Ang meeting na pala na iyon ay pag bibigay ng allowance sa isang empleyado.


I was shocked, when the freshmen given an allowance instead to the pioneer. Let's describe both side.
Brief description.
Freshmen:
-accomplished nothing
-1 year of project making but still in progress up to now.
-close to the gay project manager
Pioneer:
-accomplished a lots of project.
-finished projects on time.
-not close to the gay project manager since he became a manager.


The weird thing is, why is the freshmen given an allowance instead to the pioneer.


Reklamo: DAPAT DIBA DUN SA PIONEER KASI DAMI NA NIYANG NAGAWA KAYSA DUON SA ISA WALA PA!
